Almond Cocoa Custard (no-bake)

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)


  1. Into a saucepan, pour the milk, add the cocoa and cane sugar. Mix and heat over low heat.
  2. Meanwhile, in a cup, mix a bit of cool milk with the potato starch until it is well diluted.
  3. Once the milk is warm enough, pour into the saucepan the mixing made just before and stir without stopping until the milk is getting thicker.
  4. Then, put it into a jar and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
