Almond Cocoa Custard (no-bake)
INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
- 1 big cup Ecomil Almond milk sugar-free
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp sugar-free cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Into a saucepan, pour the milk, add the cocoa and cane sugar. Mix and heat over low heat.
- Meanwhile, in a cup, mix a bit of cool milk with the potato starch until it is well diluted.
- Once the milk is warm enough, pour into the saucepan the mixing made just before and stir without stopping until the milk is getting thicker.
- Then, put it into a jar and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
