Banana bread with almond and sesame seeds

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 100 ml of cream EcoMil Cuisine almond Bio
  • 250 g of oats flour
  • 60 g of almond purée
  • 50 g of slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda


Recipe for 2 serves

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º (thermostat 6)
  2. Mix the chia seeds with 2 tablespoons of water and leave it to inflate during 10 minutes.
  3. While, mix all the dry ingredients together in a big salad bowl: flour, baking powder, baking soda, the slivered almond and a pinch of salt.
  4. In a blender, mix the banana with the almond puree, the almond cream and the mixture of chia seeds, until obtaining an homogeneous cream.
  5. Add this blending in the salad bowl and mix it all.
  6. Grease the bottom of a cake mould with a drop of olive oil and pour the pastry in. You can add some seeds on the pastry to decorate.
  7. Put in the oven for 45 minutes.
