Coco-pineapple Pudding with chia seeds and oatmeal


This delicious coco-pineapple pudding, full of nutrients, is a very good idea for breakfast if you want to stay satiated until lunch time!


  • 200 ml Coco Milk Cuisine Ecomil
  • 3 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 3 slices of fresh pineapple
  • Some strawberries or any other berries


Mix the coconut milk with two slices of pineapple and pour into a glass jar. Pour with chia seeds and oatmeal. Stir well and place the recipient in the refrigerator for one night.

The next morning, cut the third slice of pineapple and place it with some other fruits on top of the pudding. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!

This recipe is also delicious if you substitute the pineapple with a ripe banana (to mix with coconut milk).
