Grilled vegetables with Ecomil coconut cuisine
Looking for a great grilled vegetables recipe to do in summer? Try this one with a sweet taste of coconut and beat the heat without meat!
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
5 olive oil tablespoon
Ecomil cuisine coconut Bio 200ml
3 cloves of garlic
1 red onion
salt, pepper and paprika
Wash the vegetables and cut them into thick slices.
Wash and cut the peppers into quarters, removing the seeds.
Prepare the marinade: pour Ecomil cuisine coconut Bio the olive oil, salt, chopped garlic, chopped parsley in a large bowl.
Add vegetables and mix well so that they get all the marinade flavours.
Grill the vegetables 15 min to 20 min.
“A la plancha”, for 5 min to 10 minutes according your taste.
Serve hot with a fresh salad.
