Creamy roasted red pepper pasta with fresh basil

This vegan and creamy pasta sauce, easy and quick to prepare is perfect for the hurry gourmands! Thank you Eathlytaste for this delicious salsa recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 80 grams of tomato sauce
  • 2 small roasted red peppers
  • 50 grams of Ecomil almond cream
  • 1/4 tsp. of dried oregano
  • salt & pepper
  • 100 grams of dried pasta

 

Preparation:

Blend together tomato sauce, peppers, cream, oregano and salt & pepper
Cook pasta and top with the sauce.
Garnish with fresh basil and nutritional yeast and … enjoy!
